The bidirectional geogrid production equipment is a set of high-efficiency geotechnical material production line integrating extrusion molding, punching, heating, bidirectional stretching and automatic winding, which is specially used to produce high-strength bidirectional stretching plastic geogrid. The main processing raw materials of this equipment are polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The grid products produced have excellent tensile properties in both vertical and horizontal directions, and are widely used in infrastructure construction, transportation engineering, water conservancy engineering, environmental protection and other fields.

  

◆ Equipment Composition

Raw material supply system
Includes automatic metering feeding system, dryer, mixing device, etc., to ensure that the raw materials are evenly and stably fed into the extrusion system.
Extrusion molding system
Equipped with high-efficiency single-screw or twin-screw extruder, PP or HDPE is heated and melted, and extruded into a sheet-like blank through the die head.
Cooling and shaping system
The sheet is shaped by cooling rollers to keep it flat, providing a stable foundation for subsequent processing.
Punching device
The high-speed punching equipment punches out evenly distributed round or square holes on the sheet according to the preset program, with high control accuracy and high efficiency.
Heating system
The punched sheet enters the infrared or hot air heating furnace to reach the predetermined temperature for subsequent stretching and molding.
Longitudinal and transverse stretching unit
After longitudinal stretching, transverse stretching is performed to physically extend the material in two directions to form a high-strength grid structure.
Cooling, trimming and winding system
After stretching, the grid product is cooled and shaped, the edges are trimmed, and it is automatically rolled or cut into rolls for easy storage and transportation.
Automatic control system
The whole line adopts PLC + touch screen operation, and is equipped with temperature control, speed control, tension control, abnormal alarm and other functions to ensure efficient, stable and safe production process.
